From the very beginning of operations, ADMA-OPCO sought to recruit the most qualified, skilled and competent individuals available from all over the world. The company's current manpower of about 2400 employees is made up of nearly 40 nationalities. The blending of much diverse workforce is a reflection of Abu Dhabi itself, a muti-layered society of people from all walks of life.

 
ADMA-OPCO not only pioneered the development made to the petroleum industry in the country, but also opened the door widely for enhancement of career opportunities for UAE Nationals who are considered the most valuable asset of the country. Over the years, hundreds of qualified Nationals have benefited from numerous career openings made available by the Company.
 
Graduates from academic institutions in the UAE and abroad are constantly absorbed into the company work-force. Many of them have taken up senior managerial and other key posts.
 
Calculated and well-placed training and development programs are organized for the new staff, and by the year 2009, it is anticipated that the majority of ADMA-CPCO's workforce will be made up of qualified UAE Nationals.
