• Apply via ADNOC
• Appear to NRC office with the following:
  • 4-6 Photos
  • Certificates
  • Passport Copy
  • CV
  • Family Book "Khulasat-ul-Qaid"
  • Fill the Application Form
• English Language Exam
• Applicants get interviewed
• Applicants are chosen depending on the intake plan by each Manager Human Resources of OPCOs.

ADMA Procedures after NRC nominations:

• ADMA receives the Original file of the nominated applicant.
• State security approval is required before getting applicant into the company.
• To join ADMA applicants have to go through:
  • Medical Checkup
  • 16 Photos
  • Sign the Contract
  • Meet with Career & Development Advisor
  • Meet Line Manager
  • Open Bank Account
  • Receive Policy Book + Employee Hand Book
