Knowledge Skills & Experience:
15 years experience in drilling operations and engineering, including 5 years offshore drilling,
3 years directional drilling and 5 years in senior supervisory position.
Job Purpose:
Plans, directs and supervises the activities of the Drilling Operations teams, includes reviewing, developing and approving the drilling operational / engineering programmes. Supervises the execution of the planned activities. Supervises and controls the budget and expenditure of the drilling operations. Ensures consistency of approach across the teams. Ensures that DSI and HSE standards are upheld across the operation.
