Name Cost Estimation Team Leader
Job Synopsis

Knowledge Skills & Experience:

·          15 years diversified experience in engineering and/or Construction fields, Project Cost Estimation.  Experience to include, at least 6 years in a supervisory capacity.  

 

·          Very good knowledge of English. 

Job Purpose:   

Leads the pan company central cost unit and plans and directs the provision of cost expertise to all Business Units in the company with major responsibilities towards the entire spectrum of technical activities, to enable Business Units, Management, Shareholders and Stakeholders to make informed business decisions as to feasibility, cost effectiveness of the Project and develop investment profiles taking into account the volatility and cost escalation of the current market.  

 

Provides explicit expertise on major technical economic and cost studies where major emphasis is stressed on economic analysis / cost engineering, lifetime cost cycles, project cost risk analysis which influences business decisions by Management, Shareholders and Stakeholders.  

 

 

 

 

 

Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

 

·          Bachelors Degree in Engineering and Construction Project Cost Estimation

Head office based Job with 42 Working Days Paid Leave
