12 years + related experience covering all aspects of manpower, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry within a technical environment.
Very good written and spoken English Language.

Job Purpose : Provides pan-company internal consultancy service to Line Managers, employees and Learning and Development Team members in the areas of learning, career development and knowledge transfer. Utilizes budget of $500,000 to devise and implement pan-company initiatives and introduces new learning methodologies and products in order to optimize learning, career development and performance management and enhance organizational effectiveness, in line with corporate Key Performance Indicators. Continually improves and enhances existing learning and development tools such as Competency Development Programmes, Personal Development Plans and Specific Gap Elimination Programmes in order to enhance the development of National and professional expatriate staff. Align these tools with ADNOC Group Learning and Development initiatives and ADMA Professional Ladder Programme. Develop Leadership and Executive Development Programmes, Facilitates and follows-up long term OJT assignments of UAE Nationals to external organizations, such as ISH or contractors. Develop Service Level Agreements with internal clients and with external learning service providers. Establishes and maintains learning and development networks to share and benchmark external best practices. Develops and recommends learning and development policies and procedures.

University Degree in Engineering / Business Studies or equivalent. |
