Provides risk management services, advice, supports and expertise across all the activities of the Company and to all levels within the organization. Maintains sufficient general knowledge of overall Company procedures, policies and objectives in order to more efficiently identify potential risk areas. Develops and maintains the Corporate Risk Management framework, including risk registers. Monitors the implementation and application of Business Risk Management techniques across all business activities. Promotes awareness and benefits of Business Risk Management concepts throughout the company.

§         8-9 years experience in business, of which at least 3 years in the oil and gas, petrochemical, energy or related industry. 3 years experience in Risk Management and associated methodologies

§         Ability to motivate and coach others through change management.  Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

§         Very good command of spoken and written English.
