| Job Synopsis |
Job Purpose:
Provides professional consultancy services and advice in all aspects of business improvement across the ADMA organization including General Management, Management Teams and Team Leaders. Initiates and Leads projects related to change management and business process improvement. Plans, initiates, conduct business performance and studies to meet company’s mission, vision and management’s requirement. Prepares relevant reports for general management approval. Revises and amends as appropriate the company’s suggestion schemes and knowledge management techniques. Revises and amends as appropriate the company’s suggestion schemes and knowledge management processes and briefs company leaders on understanding of the performance trends of the company.
