Name Fluid Engineer (Quality & Studies)
Job Synopsis

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

5 -10 years experience in the drilling and work over operations, including at least last 5 years in Fluids operations. Fluent in English language – speaking and writing.  Good communication skills and good computer skills.  Very good reporting and presentation skills.

Job Purpose/Responsibilities

Ensure the contractors comply with contractual requirements including HSE and Quality compliance.  Analyze the performance of Drilling mud and completion Fluids with service companies.  Identify areas where improvements can be made in performance.  Allocate and/or check allocation of Fluids and Engineering service company invoices.  Assist with the preparation and evaluation of tenders for Fluids and Engineering services.  Record Corrective Actions & Lessons Learned.  Update Fluids Manual and SDI. Update WVA Review Phase.  Fill up KPI and get it signed.  Fill up DIMS Reports.  Laboratory:­ Agrees with techniques used in lab testing and assessing compatibility with ADMA-OPCO's requirements.  Coordinate the mud chemicals supply to the rigs according to operation requirement in line with the QA/QC procedures.  Ensure proper storage conditions of chemicals as per MSDS recommendations. 

Qualification University Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
