Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Minimum 12 years experience in drilling operations including 5 years in offshore operations and 3 years in senior supervisory capacity.
Remarkable leadership and communication skills.
Very good knowledge in English language.
Job Purpose/Responsibilities
Directs and supervises drilling activities, including developing drilling operations programmes, supervising drilling operations carried out by contractors and coordinating drilling, completion and workover programmes. Ensures that selected drilling contractors and service companies adhere to company’s drilling specifications and safety regulations.
To be measured and evaluated thru key performance indicators.

Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. |
