Knowledge Skills & Experience:
5 years min experience, 3 years out of them focusing on Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge Management System establishing, developing& auditing.
Plan, direct and manage Knowledge Management (KM) efforts that are consistent with the overall mission/vision of the Company. Work with appropriate technologies and people to ensure that the Company generate value from their intellectual and knowledge-based assets (People & Resources).
Professional English writing skills specially in the fields of engineering systems, procedures & processes.
Should possess excellent communication, follow up, presentation, influencing and behavioural skills. Should be fluent in English (specially oral/writing skills) and should be competent in utilizing MS Office software.
Job Purpose:
Develop, maintain & manage the Company Knowledge Management & Lessons Learned Systems & relevant documents.
Design processes for creating new knowledge, distributing existing knowledge, and applying or reusing what is already known.
Create channels for leveraging untapped knowledge and competencies within the Company.
Educate Company employees on KM and embed KM in their routine tasks and activities & encourage a culture of knowledge sharing.
Prepare, arrange & present awareness campaign for the Company key Engineering Standard Documents in cooperation/consultation with respective technical authorities.
Support these tasks with IT as appropriate, integrating technology and business processes.
Prepare KM plans for projects; identify resources needed to conclude the plan.
