10 years min experience in the fields of engineering design as well as developing & auditing of Engineering Management System(
EMS ) for Oil &Gas Industry.
Professional English writing skills specially in the fields of engineering systems, procedures & processes.
Professional ability to analysis, develop & manage business processes for engineering activities.
Professional ability to conduct & lead
EMS audits & internal audits to verify implementation/compliance with Company’s business process/EMS system. Should possess excellent communication, follow up, presentation, influencing and behavioural skills. Should be fluent in English (specially oral/writing skills) and should be competent in utilizing MS Office software.
Job Purpose:
To develop & establish and integrate the Company Engineering Management System (EMS) taking into consideration:
§ Development of engineering system process that provides a structure for analyzing / solving design problems and tracking requirements flow through the design efforts.
§ Life cycle integration that involves customers in the design process and ensures that the system developed is viable throughout its life.
§ To transform needs and requirements into a set of system product and process descriptions (adding value and more detail with each level of development),
§ To generate information for decision makers, and provide input for the next level of development.
§ To Plan, Lead, conduct & participate in internal/external audits to verify implementation/compliance with company’s
EMS .
§ To evaluate audit findings, reports and follows up on implementation of audit findings/recommended corrective actions.
